In recognition of Election, Day, the College is closed and will resume operation on Wednesday, November 8.

The College's Local Board will hold its regular meeting on the main campus in Clifton Forge.  The room is to be determined. 

Mountain Gateway is hosting the Summer Regional Governor’s School Forest Ecology Camp from June 5-June 16. Register today!

In honor of Memorial Day, the college will be closed on Monday, May 29.  All offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 30 at 8:00 am.

MGCC celebrates the accomplishments of many students. 

MGCC will welcome VCCS new Chancellor, Dr. David Dore' to meet and greet student, faculty, staff, and community members.  More information will be provided at a later date. 

The Greater Roanoke Workforce Development Board is hosting the “Alleghany County Hiring Event” on Thursday, April 20, from 1 to 6 pm on the lawn near the Moomaw Center.

MGCC welcomes local high school students to the campus to learn about the many opportunities we offer. Interested students should check with their high school guidance office for more information.
