General Information
Mountain Gateway Community College is committed to meeting the need for well-trained employees in the criminal justice field. Carefully chosen content-specific courses are balanced with appropriate general education course requirements.
Students may select from a variety of options at the certificate and associate degree level. Students who wish to continue on to earn a bachelors degree may wish to discuss their plans with an academic advisor or the program head when they are selecting the courses in which to enroll each semester.
Purpose
This certificate prepares you for entry-level work in the criminal justice field with both criminal justice and general education courses.
