The College’s Associate Degree Nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Forestry Technology program is accredited by the Society of American Foresters, and the Culinary Arts and Management program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
MGCC is one of 23 colleges within the Virginia Community College System. Curricula of the College are approved by the College Board and by the State Board. The two-year associate degree programs are also approved by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SHEV).
