Dr. John Rainone, president of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College, met with Dr. Pamela Fox, president of Mary Baldwin College, during a recent visit to Staunton. Committed to expanding educational options for area students, they discussed upcoming courses that enable DSLCC graduates to enroll in select Baldwin Online & Adult Program majors, earning a bachelor’s degree by remaining at home and working part- or full-time. The partnership makes it possible for many students to take the next step in their college and career pathways in an accessible, affordable format.
Fall options include business, education (teacher certification), social work, and nursing (RN to BSN) through MBC’s Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences. For more information, call DSLCC at (540) 863-2819 or the local MBC Adult Degree Program representative at (540) 767-6171.
