Program Description
Hospitality is a field that employs millions of people throughout the world. Nearly every facility has some type of food and beverage service, from simple snacks to fine dining. Trained employees are need to oversee menus and food preparation. This program is a foundation for those who plan to enter, or advance in, the industry. Courses include lodging, computer applications and the importance of quality, in addition to managing food and beverage operations.
