Jack Mason’s Tavern in Clifton Forge hosted a benefit evening during the restaurant’s regular business hours on December 10 to support the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Educational Foundation. The $308 raised will go to the DSLCC Educational Foundation’s Response Fund to assist the College in strengthening programs and supporting students. “We can’t thank Jack Mason’s enough for supporting our students and community,” says Vicki Pickle, Scholarship & Development Coordinator. Accepting the check on behalf of the College is DSLCC President Dr. John Rainone, pictured with JMT owners Martha Atherholt (right) and Wendy Hudler.
