A Cultural Awareness Program will be presented at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College on Wednesday, April 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Students, staff, and community guests will host informal table presentations on their native country, state or tribe, family heritage, or tourist destination.

The Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Local Board has re-instituted the annual Medallion of Merit Award and is currently accepting nominations. The College stopped bestowing of the award in 2012, but at a recent Board meeting, the Local Board voted to begin the recognition in 2019.

A program to raise awareness about the potential threat of human trafficking in local communities will be presented at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College on Wednesday, March 27, from 11:30 am to 1 pm.

A Career Fair for job-seekers as well as employers will be held on Thursday, April 18, from 11 am to 4 pm in Moomaw Center on the Clifton Forge campus of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College.
