Dabney S. Lancaster Community College is pleased to announce that Katie Boggs of Covington has been selected as part of the sixth class of the Valley Proteins Fellows Program, administered by the Virginia Foundation for Community College Education. Boggs, a full-time student at DSLCC, is one of only nine individuals statewide selected for the prestigious award.

The largest comprehensive fund-raising campaign in the 53-year history of Dabney S. Lancaster Community College passed the $4 million mark, it was announced Wednesday at a celebration gathering on the DSLCC Clifton Forge campus. The original goal of “Imagine, Invest, Inspire – The Campaign for DSLCC”, launched last September by the DSLCC Educational Foundation, was $3.5 million.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College is registering now for fall courses in a new Career Studies Certificate program that will introduce students to Arts Management. The courses will cover topics that support arts-based organizations and contribute to their sustained success.
