Garten Trucking, LC has donated a 2007 Columbia Freightliner to the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Program, which will be used as training equipment for students in the program.

Lancaster Community College for students enrolled in the Early College Program that is being offered for eligible students at Alleghany High School. Dabney S. Lancaster Community College is registering now for fall courses in a new Career Studies Certificate program that will introduce students to Arts Management. The courses will cover topics that support arts-based organizations and contribute to their sustained success.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College awarded 120 associate degrees, 71 certificates and 89 career studies certificates to almost 200 graduates during the 49th annual commencement exercises held Friday evening on the Clifton Forge campus.

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College has established a new Career Studies Certificate program in Arts Management. Classes will begin in the fall of 2016.

“Beginning Photo Editing”, a four-night course being offered by the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College non-credit program, will be held on Tuesday evenings, April 5, 12, 19 and 26, from 6 to 9 pm in Room 504, McCarthy Hall, on the Clifton Forge campus. Professional photographer Chuck Almarez, owner and operator of “Fire and Light Gallery” in Clifton Forge, is the instructor.
